Project & Applications: Worked on redesigning/Migrating and evaluating “Infoserver” “Dashboard” & “GENEVA”, application projects part of Bear Stearns & J.P.Morgan&Chase merger project.

Designed the UI architecture for the, Toys’R’Us In-Store Pickup check out process on the site.

Projects & Applications: at Legg Mason was instrumental in handling the entire development of a new (UUI) Unified User Interface for their, Desktop Applications, and also developing a new system for their AUM process.
Key Contributions:
Conducted thorough analysis of existing system & users, Creation of personas, based on the roles, conducting best practices analysis & focus group sessions, Creation of scenarios, to conduct Task analysis, for the new system being built as the Unified User Interface.
Conducted analysis for various options and functionalities to cohere all the applications, which were unified in this user Interface. And minimize the workflow and derive usable solutions for a portfolio trading environment.

Facilitated interviews and meetings with internal and external partners to gather business requirements discuss current and future state processes. Identified product needs, opportunities and potential integration approaches through interviews with customers.
Conduct competitive and best practices analysis and document the findings. Compiled, analyzed and drafted detailed requirements in the form of use cases, process diagrams, flowcharts, and workflow's to be used by design, development, testing, and project management teams. Create mockups/wire frames of the design based on the brainstorming. The mockups were integrated into the wire frame documents that include screen shots of the entire, workflow of the product, associated with design notes.
